I got to be still. The sun wasn&#8217;t quite up yet but daylight was present, it was cool and the breeze was active. In my stillness a voice said remember to find this place when you feel tired, defeated or lost. This is your true home, where the heart is. I am grateful for this message from my spirit as I have been feeling disconnected from my heart lately and let me tell you, it&#8217;s not a pleasant experience and it affects everyone around me.
